She also spoke about handling adversities, saying, “See any adversity that comes your way as an opportunity for greatness “.

Thereafter, the second mentor, Hon. Desmond Elliot spoke to the dreamers. He had a lot of words of wisdom to unpack to the dreamers. According to him, one could not have a successful career unless they had a burning desire for it. He also referred to the Dare2Dream competition saying, “It is not about winning but what happens afterwards “. After he spoke to the dreamers, they got to make requests which he granted. He told the dreamers’ stories which led to an advice for the dreamers, “Never give up, always look at failure as a stepping stone”. He also further advised the dreamers on their attitude towards life, emphasizing that one’s attitude towards life could make or break a person.

Thereafter, the dreamers headed for the Nigerian Stock Exchange for the next masterclass. They got to view the floor and watch the work flow from the gallery. Soon, the speakers, Adebayo Oke Lawal the CEO of Orange Culture, and, television presenter, Bolanle Olukanmi, arrived at the venue. The Managing Director of the Nigerian Stock Exchange was also present to give the dreamers a brief talk about the Exchange Market.

He said to them “Rejection will make you strong”. He also let them know that life was not a bed of roses as it is full of challenges saying, “If you want to break boundaries you have to be ready for the challenges that come with it”.

Television presenter, Bolanle Olukanmi told the dreamers to learn from their journey instead of thinking about winning alone. Again, another mentor mentions to the dreamers that nobody owes them anything, in her own words “Get over the mentality of self entitlement”.

After both mentors had spoken, The Managing Director of the Nigerian Stock Exchange, Mr Oscar Onyema, gave the dreamers words of encouragement to help them push forward and, Mr. Abimbola Babalola, the Head of Market Surveillance, Nigerian Stock Exchange explained the concept of shares to everyone.
